Based in rural NSW, we work with youth in schools and all aged individuals in small and large organisations. At Platform & Co, our purpose lies in helping people. Through our innovative approach, we strive to inspire and empower individuals to embrace an active lifestyle and move adequately through all stages of life.

Collaborating with schools, we support physical and emotional growth in line with educational standards and school needs. Specifically focusing on student outcomes we develop engaging programs to increase participation and promote active movement.

Working closely with organisations we achieve greater impact through a whole-group approach, changing the gears together. Our goal is to enhance comfort and efficiency while reducing the likelihood of work-related injuries, ultimately fostering a healthier and more productive workforce.
