Exercise and quality nutrition have a significant positive impact on physical and mental wellbeing, research states it is effective in reducing stress and anxiety along with increasing morale and esteem. Improved morale leads to improved productivity. As an employer, productivity plays a significant role in the success of your business. Implementing a system to your business model to primarily improve the nutrition and physical activity levels of your entire team is paramount for the ongoing success of your business and health and happiness of your employees.
